Monday-Friday: 8:00-4:30

We are conveniently located at 83 Birch Point Rd. in Wiscasset (just off Route 1 near the new candy store Sweetz). The entrance to the shop is located to your left on the front porch as you pull in the driveway.

I ask that you please have your dogs on a leash and clean up after them.

I will contact you via phone call or text when your dog is ready to be picked up (average groom time is 1-3+ hrs per dog) and I will be able to give you a time frame for groom time at drop off.

My shop is very small and I try to accommodate nervous/reactive dogs and for that reason I ask that you please come pick up your dog within a half hour of groom completion to allow room for next dog. If you are going to be later please discuss it with me at drop off.

**I also ask that you please wait to come back in the shop until I notify you that your dog is ready for pick up. Only because they can be hard to finish when they're excited to see you and slows down the grooming process! **

Payment is expected at time services are rendered and I accept (prefer cash), check or card.

*I highly recommend clients rebook their dogs next appointments upon check out to ensure your preferred day/time and keep your dogs on schedule! *

For your convenience I offer a text/email appointment reminder to remind you of your appointment 2 days prior.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please give 24hrs notice. No show appointments or last minute cancellations will be charged a $25 fee.

All dogs must be up to date on vaccines. For first time grooms please provide proof of vaccinations for each dog: (Rabies and Distemper are required) Thank you!
